SETUP & SHOW REQUIREMENTS

All exhibits must be ready by 11:30 AM Thursday and must remain staffed during show hours. Exhibitors using electricity are responsible for bringing heavy-duty extension cords and power strips.

Thursday, Jan. 14: 8–10:30 AM

Show Hours

Thursday: 12–8 PM
Friday: 9 AM–8 PM
Saturday: 9 AM–4 PM

Tear Down

Booth spaces are available in 10’ × 10’ increments starting at $650. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your space, with payment in full due by December 1, 2026
