Ben Rising
Ben Rising, born and raised in Ohio, is a lifelong bowhunter and founder of Whitetail Edge. With decades spent in the timber, Ben has honed his skills hunting mature bucks since his teenage years, with 50 P&Y and three 200”+ deer to his credit.
Kevin Miller
A lifelong hunter and outdoorsman, his passion has grown from the harvest to developing properties, improving habitat, and learning what it takes to grow mature whitetails. Grounded in his faith and committed to family, he values time spent hunting with his children and the traditions built with close friends at deer camp. Above all, he strives to be a good steward of the land and leave it better than he found it.
Curt Yoder
Curt grew up near Mt. Hope in a hunting family with a love for the outdoors. A husband, father, grandfather, associate pastor, and local entrepreneur, he has served with Whitetail Heritage of Ohio since 2008, helping provide hunting opportunities for first-time hunters and those with disabilities. He enjoys pursuing mature whitetails while encouraging others to become responsible hunters and good stewards of the resource.
Marion Miller
Marion Miller’s passion for hunting began at a young age and grew through years of pursuing mature whitetails in the challenging hill country of Ohio. After decades of learning, property management, and consulting, he co-founded Whitetail Habitat Designs in 2020 to help fellow outdoorsmen reach their hunting and recreational goals. With a focus on habitat improvement and responsible stewardship, Marion is passionate about helping others create properties they can enjoy for generations, using his God-given knowledge with passion and integrity while giving God the glory for every success.
Kevin Mullet
Kevin Mullet is the founder of Hunters Advocate Ohio, a nonprofit dedicated to bridging the gap between state legislators and hunters to improve land access and preserve Ohio’s exceptional deer herd and wildlife ecosystem. A passionate outdoorsman, Kevin works tirelessly to ensure future generations have the same opportunities to hunt and connect with nature that he enjoyed while growing up. Kevin’s deep-rooted love for the outdoors began as a child hunting, trapping and exploring the woods behind his home. Each year, he enjoys taking newer hunters out, passing down the values and skills his father taught him.
